内容:
In this working conference, we hope to examine some of the potential endogenous factors related to social decision making. Our goal is to explore some of the ways in which emotion in particular impacts processes of social and political decision making, drawing on animal ethology among other sources. In particular, we seek to analyze the interaction between genetic factors and environmental triggers in cuing social responses, including political attitudes along a conservative-liberal dimension. We plan brief presentations of our relevant past work in this area, followed by an exchange of ideas about how to move the research agenda in this area forward. We hope to explore possible areas for future research collaboration within this cross-cultural community.
